Tap Handle #416: Miami Brewing (Schnebly Winery and Brewery) - Gator Tail Brown Ale

Tap Size: 11"
Rarity:  Uncommon
Mounting:  internal 3/8" nut

Miami Brewing designs whimsy and fun into their taps. This guy looks like he'd rather drink a beer than bite someone. There's some nice detail in the scales and teeth, the color is bright and bold, and overall even though I like the other Miami Brewing taps better, this one is still a very nice tap. It's not very hard to find, but the price can be on the high side.

Gator Tale is a brown ale with a velvety, creamy head and roasted notes of coffee and chocolate. It has a malty flavor with coffee and chocolate notes, and it is complex and rich but not too heavy on the palate, with a semi-sweet dark fruit finish.
