Big Rock's Scottish Style Heavy Ale, also known as Wee Heavy Scotch Ale, is produced on Big Rock's Kasper Shultz line of small-batch brewing equipment. It is aged slowly in oak and emboldened with strong flavors and full body fit for hearty drinkers. It has aromas of caramel, toffee, and subtle notes of peat and oak. Recommended food pairings are game, roast beef, ham, smoked poultry, strong cheese, and a stout haggis.
