New Updates to Old Posts

Concurrent with writing new tap profiles, I'm now starting to update older posts, many of which were written over a decade ago. One of my desires when creating this site was to provide a comprehensive view of brewing history for a tap and the brewery, because a lot of information was scattered and hard to find. For some of these breweries, a snapshot 10+ years ago no longer cuts it - some breweries have had big changes, and some no longer exist. I've started updating written posts, beginning at profile #351 and moving forward from there. I'll place an "Editor's Note" in posts that have been updated to reflect that fact. For tap posts that don't need major updates, such as profile #353 Dogfish Head's Uber Shark, I'll update scarcity, price data, any other info I have learned about the tap, and add an Untappd rating for the beer; however, I won't be adding an Editor's Note for these minor updates.

I've also dragged out boxes of the older taps, from profiles #1 - 349, that need updated photos. Many of these taps have been in boxes for years and not displayed, but that's about to change. So as I pull them out of the boxes, I'll be updating photos, and I'll update the written profile if necessary.
