The second tap profile of 2020 comes directly from Moddy Brew. Last year's Moddy tap, Gorgon Conquest, is still my favorite, but this new tap is pretty cool and gives me the creeps, because I hate spiders! Black Widow Stout features a brown-haired girl who has been cocooned by a giant black widow. She's upside down, hanging from her feet with her hair touching the rock base. However, all is not lost, as she has managed to free her right hand, and the knife held there is about to end this nasty arachnid! Like previous Moddy Brew taps, this one comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity and a label. And also just like past taps, the sculpting and colors are exquisite. If you look closely there are all kinds of minor details, such as small spiders in various places, the armor the girl is wearing, and even multiple small dimples on the spider's back. The "M B" for Moddy Brew appears on the girl's hair. On the back of the tap, towards the top, is a flat spot for placing the label.
