The Museum Turns 4 Years Old, Part 3: The "Cream of the Crop"

Last year I introduced a new feature called "Cream of the Crop". This was a fantasy exercise in which I attempted to choose which 20 taps I would start my collection over with. It was a very stressful exercise to have to choose only 20 taps. So now that I've added another 172 taps, it has become that much harder. This year I'll try the same exercise, but with 25 taps instead of 20.

As a reminder, my criteria for determining which taps to keep boiled down to two factors: Rarity and Price. I applied this criteria as follows:

Rarity: How easy is the tap to acquire? Have I ever seen another, and if so how many? Am I likely to ever see the tap again?

Price: What does the historical price data look like for the tap? Could I afford to replace the tap, or would a tap that was once affordable now be out of reach?

The taps below are not ranked in any order. I've thrown in some estimated prices for fun, but realistically it's impossible to predict what taps will cost, although scarce taps often command a premium price. Once again the list is missing the names of some of the entries since I have not profiled them yet. And once again, I'll drop hints for those missing names to keep you guessing...
