Tap Handle #40: Miller - Southpaw Light

This is a pretty rare tap, featuring a small figure of a boxing kangaroo on top of the handle. The ears are very prone to breaking.

Southpaw Light is brewed by Miller under their Plank Road Brewery division, which also produces Icehouse and Red Dog. There isn't much information available on Southpaw...it doesn't have it's own web page and is only briefly mentioned on the MillerCoors site. It has been around at least since 2001, and is described as double hopped light pilsner. Weighted average on ratebeer.com is 1.66 out of 5.

I'll talk more about Miller Brewing in an upcoming post.
