Tap Handle #367: Redhook - Wise Cracker Wit
Tap size: 11"
Rarity: Uncommon
Mounting: internal 3/8" nut
This tap not only looks like a firecracker, it feels like one too. The base feels like plastic covered cardboard, and the wick feels like a real wick, too. I can't figure out what it is actually made of. They aren't rare and are inexpensive, so anyone looking for one should be able to find it. The label at the bottom says: "WARNING Shoots Flaming Balls. For adult use only. When we say 'shoots' we mean 'pours' and by 'flaming balls' we mean a killer wit beer brewed with ginger, so be warned, this beer is damn good."

Brewed since 2011 and formerly known as Redhook Wit, Wise Cracker Wit is a Belgian White (Witbier) with a twist - the addition of fresh ginger, which adds a refreshing snappiness to this lighter-bodied wheat beer. Redhook Wit is perfect for warm summer months sitting by the pool or sitting inside next to the AC. Recommended food pairings are summer barbecue dishes. Weighted average on ratebeer.com is 2.93 out of 5.

I'm happy you featured this tap. It's simple, but unique and super cool. The beer itself was also awesome. When I was bartending last year, I couldn't keep my hands off it.
